This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for Campaigners, Funders and Visitors (collectively called “Users”) of the website. By using the service/services in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the site or contributing content, information, or other materials or services to the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement, which is subject to change without any prior notice.

These are the terms and conditions of Indian National Congress (hereinafter referred to as ‘INC’). These apply when you use INC website. This document will inform you about your rights, as well as your obligations, when you use the said platform. Please read terms and conditions carefully.

Using the INC's website or its services, means you agree with terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

The INC is hereby collaborating with crowd-funding platform Ketto for the purposes of raising up to rupees Twenty eight lakh only for INC. This collaboration is limited to use of the existing platform of Ketto.org and maybe subject to change without prior notice.

• In this Agreement a reference to “you” includes anyone acting on your behalf or with your express or implied authority.
• Any reference to this Agreement includes INC’s Policies, unless stated otherwise.
• That INC absolves itself from any liability arising from the technical malfunction(s) and/or glitches that may occur in the course of the payment process.
• Policies are subject to change from time to time, and you agree that the said policies form part of this Agreement.
• Each time you use the INC website, you confirm your agreement to be bound by, and acknowledge any changes to, the Agreement (including the Policies). You also agree to familiarize yourself with and comply with the Policies relevant to your use of the Site and the services provided under this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time without any prior notice).
• You should access and read the information contained in other pages and websites referred to in this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement (including the Policies) you agree to be bound by it and to the User Agreements and posted terms and conditions on other websites operated by INC.
• From time to time INC may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement without any prior notice. Amendments will be published on the INC’s website. Except as stated in this Agreement, in a Policy, or as otherwise notified to you, all amendments will be effective immediately. Continued use of the INC website following the publication of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• INC shall not refund any donation once the payment has been duly processed towards the fund for the said project.
• That INC reserves rights to determine the usage of the funds for purposes it deems necessary.
• A part of your donation may be used for certain purposes mentioned hereinafter but not limited to Marketing Expenses, Payment Gateway Fee etc. The rates are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of INC and maybe further amended from time to time without prior notice and in accordance with prevailing law.
• On www.inc.in you are fully responsible for preventing any damage to equipment (pc, mobile device) that might result from a visit to the web site.

In addition, you are bound to adhere to below mentioned terms.

As a user / donor, you are deemed to accept/agree to the following provisions:

1. You are above 18 years of age and of full capacity to exercise rights.
2. You are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.
3. I declare that I am a citizen of India
4. I am above the age of 18 years.
5. I am making this contribution voluntarily from my own personal bank account or credit card and out of funds generated legally/owned by me in India.
6. I further declare that the said contribution is being made by me on my own volition without any undue influence, coercion, promise, or solicitation of any kind.
7. I also declare that my voluntary contribution is fully compliant with norms and stipulations of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA).
8. The details I have provided above are true to the best of my knowledge and nothing has been concealed or misrepresented.
9. I agree to be contacted by the Congress Party, its frontal organizations, affiliates, and partners.
10. I have read and accept the above Terms & Conditions.

1. If you opt to pay by cheque, you will receive an email with further instructions and payment details. Please mention the Receipt No mentioned in the mail on the back of the cheque. The cheque has to be drawn in favour of “President, All India Congress Committee” and sent to: The Office of the Treasurer, All India Congress Committee, 24, Akbar Road, New Delhi - 110011.
2. Please note: Your voluntary contribution to Indian National Congress, a political party is 100% deductible under the section 80GGC of the Income Tax act, 1961.
